Where cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20, BTC) are made, the equivalent MYR value at the time of the transaction is applied to the account. betgit is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.
In the event of a technical error, display error, or system malfunction that results in an incorrect odds display, incorrect payout calculation, or the ability to place bets on closed markets, betgit reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. betgit will not honour winnings arising from clearly erroneous odds or technical failures.

All promotions are subject to the terms outlined in this section, in addition to any promotion-specific terms and conditions published on the Platform at the time of the offer.
betgit's Bronze Tier VIP Programme provides eligible players with cashback, priority withdrawal processing, dedicated account management, and exclusive reload offers. Enrolment is automatic upon reaching MYR 5,000 cumulative turnover. VIP benefits are subject to betgit's discretion and may be modified or withdrawn with reasonable notice.
Players eligible for the Migration Bonus Programme must: (a) be new to betgit; (b) provide evidence of their tier/status on their previous platform via screenshots; (c) complete KYC verification; and (d) make a qualifying first deposit. betgit does not guarantee tier-matching in all cases and reserves the right to make final determinations on tier equivalency.
The following rules apply to all betting activity on the betgit sports betting platform. These rules apply to all markets including football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga), UFC, basketball (NBA), and all other sports listed on the Platform.
All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. betgit does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except in cases where: (a) an event is cancelled or postponed; (b) a clear technical error is identified; or (c) betgit, at its sole discretion, determines that an error warrants correction.
Odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. betgit reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time. betgit is not obliged to accept any bet and may decline or limit bet sizes at its discretion, including for high-value bets or accounts demonstrating consistent winning patterns that betgit reasonably determines to be outside normal player behaviour.
Mix Parlay bets involve combining multiple selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the parlay to pay out. Mix Parlay rules are subject to the specific terms published on the Platform for each applicable sport. In the event that one leg of a Mix Parlay is cancelled or void, the parlay will be recalculated based on the remaining legs.
In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events. In-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event. betgit is not responsible for bets placed on suspended markets due to connectivity issues on the Player's end. All in-play bet confirmations are subject to the odds available at the exact time the bet is recorded by the Platform's server.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betgit Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
All content on the betgit Platform — including but not limited to the betgit name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, betting interfaces, casino game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of betgit or its licensed content providers.
